WITH ONE Personal Training

One-on-one sessions in-person or online with Melissa, incorporating a variety of methods and fitness styles for strength, cardio endurance, and more, with a focus on functional training and technique. Your custom program is based on your fitness goals, what equipment and space you have available, and what you like to do-our goal is for you to finish a workout saying, ‘That was fun!’
